Job Description
The Annual Campaign Director plays an integral part in the success of the philanthropic efforts of the YMCA of Central Ohio. This position is ultimately responsible for the leadership and implementation of the Annual Giving Campaign and will play a vital role in creating a culture of philanthropy for our YMCA staff and those we serve.
- Leads all Annual Campaign related activities for the Y which involves providing the vision, planning, execution, and evaluation of a campaign that ensures a sustainable, year-round fundraising approach.
- Coordinates all plans, collateral, calendars, and activation timelines for the Annual Campaign and related campaigns (e.g. end of year campaign). Assists in engagement and training of staff and volunteers to help achieve branch, volunteer, and association campaign goals.
- Helps to ensure accuracy of reports that include donor data, contributions, and key campaign performance indicators.
- Coordinates branch and association Annual Campaign events in collaboration with Advancement and Y staff, including coordinating event logistics, materials, communication, and volunteers. Supports stewardship efforts as it relates to YMCA of Central Ohio donors, corporate partners, foundations, and community partners including assisting with donor acknowledgements and communications.
- Develops and leads all Annual Giving communication and dashboards
