The Clinton County Foundation, a non-profit community foundation with $30 million in assets, is seeking a qualified employee to serve as its Director and visionary for future growth. The Director will lead the Foundation’s strategy; coordinate financial accounting; prepare and consult on grant processes; direct, serve and support existing funds; grow and diversify the Foundation’s family of funds and coordinate donor agreements and planned giving opportunities. Serve as the strategic manager for the community foundation. This position requires a flexible working schedule of 40 hours per week. The start date of the position is October 15, 2021. Salary range: $60,000-$70,000/year.
