This position is a key role in the Office of Corporate Citizenship with responsibilities for managing and executing numerous community engagement strategies in the Columbus market. This associate manages nonprofit sponsorships as part of Nationwide's philanthropic strategic investments and compliments Nationwide Foundation funding strategies and priorities of Food Security, Crisis Stability, Social and Economic Empowerment, and Children's Wellbeing. The role represents Nationwide on priority community event planning and executions ensuring Nationwide's brand and reputation are well represented. The position is additionally responsible for Nationwide's community engagement and civic investments in arts, culture, and sports sponsorships as part of our hometown strategies to ensure Columbus is a vibrant community with a positive brand and reputation. The position will oversee a new ticket management system to be deployed for Columbus, Des Moines and Scottsdale.
The role will also provide leadership to the planning and execution of Nationwide community initiatives such as the Ohio Opioid Education Alliance, Food Security Collaborative, and the Linden Initiative.
