The Nord Family Foundation announced the appointment of Tina Kimbrough as its new executive director.

The Richland County Foundation awarded educational program grants for this school year to local teachers across Richland County for their creative or supplemental programs not covered by school funding.

Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb announced the city will match ten $5,000 grants to help support small business restaurants struggling to find staff since the COVID-19 pandemic; the initial $50,000 was made possible by an investment from The George Gund Foundation.

The Muskingum County Community Foundation and J.W. and M.H. Straker Charitable Foundation are accepting applications for the second annual Make Muskingum Home talent attraction and retention program for Muskingum County.

Cleveland will receive a $2.5 million grant from KeyBank to support home repair programs for residents.

The Pickaway County Community Foundation distributed their beef to local food pantries as part of their yearly project that purchases beef raised by local youth participating in 4-H programming at the fair.

The Nordson Corporation, Nord Family, Stocker and Norton Family foundations donated or pledged $1 million for Neighborhood Alliance's expansion of the Haven Center emergency shelter on East 30th Street in Lorain.

The Howley Foundation gave the Cleveland Clinic over $12 million, allowing the nurse scholars program to double enrollment to 50 students from Cleveland-area high schools annually.

The Cleveland Foundation is one of the sponsors supporting MATCorp's plan to connect regional innovations and expertise with government funds available through Other Transactional Agreements.
