Jessica Borza and Sara Tracey, who lead the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association workforce services team, will describe regional, industry-driven workforce solutions; provide examples from emerging and established manufacturing sector partnerships across the state; and define the roles philanthropy can play in the different phases of sector partnership implementation.
