Build the skills to be an upstander – people who stand up for themselves and others. In this research-based introductory program with the Cincinnati Holocaust & Humanity Center, you will gain awareness of your own strengths and how you can leverage them to build more cohesive, resilient teams. Through self-reflection and historical context-setting, you’ll leave with an understanding of how harnessing strengths can help create workplaces and community spaces where respect, collaboration and upstanding are woven into everyday actions.

Please note: At least two days prior to attending, participants should complete the 10-minute VIA Character Strengths Survey: https://philanthropyohio.pro.viasurvey.org/. Results will help participants to best engage with the program content.

This training has been adapted to a virtual event from the prior in-person workshop format.

Thank you to The Raymond John Wean Foundation for their ongoing support of Philanthropy Ohio’s work to advance equity.
