Participating in this mentorship program is an incredible opportunity to maximize the value of your Philanthropy Ohio membership. Whether you're early in your career or have years of experience, the program allows you to share your unique insights and life experiences, positively influencing someone else's journey while gaining valuable new perspectives. Beyond skills and advice, you'll forge authentic connections with individuals who truly understand your field, your challenges and your aspirations. Mentorship is not solely about exchanging guidance; it's about growing together, expanding your horizons, enriching your professional network and making a meaningful impact in your community.   

Participants from all backgrounds will be paired in an 8-month learning partnership designed to promote growth through mentorship. To start the matching process, fill out the questionnaire linked below. Once the pairings are complete, Philanthropy Ohio will host an orientation and kick-off meeting. During this event, participants will receive valuable resources and best practices to help them connect meaningfully and facilitate their initial meeting. We encourage all participants to engage in regular communication with their match, hold monthly meetings in a format that works best for both individuals and to approach the partnership with authenticity and openness. 2026 Mentorship Learning Exchange Timeline   

• January 5 – Match questionnaire opens   
• February 13 – Match questionnaire closes   
• March 6 – Matches shared    
• March 11 – Orientation kick off    
• April – October – Monthly meetings    
• October 21 – Closing session      

This program is exclusively available to members of Philanthropy Ohio. Participants must be committed to meeting monthly with their matched partners from March to October. This includes attending the orientation and program kick-off on March 11, as well as the closing session on October 21. We also expect participants to engage in genuine, open conversations that foster mutual growth, and to actively connect their matches to their networks when appropriate.
