This is a sample request for proposals from the Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, which is seeking proposals from investment consultants to provide consulting services to the foundation’s Finance Committee. Services would include investment policy amendments and revisions, strategic and tactical investment advice, manager searches and selections, quarterly performance measurement and analysis, monitoring for compliance with investment policy, comparison to peers and educational workshops.
