Connect with the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Workforce Development Board (CCWDB) to discover how the city and county’s advisory board overseeing the public workforce system transitioning its operating structure to a nonprofit model. The new structure will better serve employers and find and develop skilled workers to secure good-paying jobs and new careers. The new model will also allow the agency to be more flexible, seek new sources of support and develop a broader vision toward more significant impact.

CCWDB fulfills the functions outlined in the Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, including providing public policy guidance and exercising oversight of local programs of workforce activities delivered through OhioMeansJobs | Cleveland-Cuyahoga County.
