Oral Health Ohio is an initiative of HealthPath Foundation of Ohio (a supporting organization of the Greater Cincinnati Foundation). Oral Health Ohio is a statewide coalition of partners who advocate for and educate to improve the oral and overall health of Ohioans of all ages. Their work impacts Ohioans who face the greatest oral health disparities.
Job Description
Are you ready to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of Ohioans? HealthPath Foundation of Ohio is seeking a Director of Oral Health Strategy focused on providing strategic, operational, and policy leadership for HealthPath’s oral health initiatives. Understanding the critical role healthy mouths play in building healthy people, Oral Health Ohio (OHO) has built a statewide coalition with more than 600 members and stakeholders dedicated to improving oral health outcomes for all Ohioans—particularly populations at highest risk for poor oral health.
This role drives positive health outcomes by leading coalition strategy, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and resource development while ensuring alignment with HealthPath’s mission, values, and broader population health priorities. The Director serves as the primary point of contact for OHO partners, funders, policymakers, and contractors, and acts as a visible champion and spokesperson for oral health systems change across Ohio.
