Established by the Philanthropy Ohio Board of Trustees in 2006, the Guiding Principles provide a framework for expected behavior and decision-making by Philanthropy Ohio members. When philanthropic organizations join or renew their membership, they state that they will abide by the applicable principles and be informed by the Diversity Principles.
