The future success of Ohio’s social sector depends on the capacity of nonprofit organizations to serve their communities.
Enhance your capacity to reach your goals in your nonprofit work by attending a new virtual series designed specifically for nonprofit professionals – Philanthropy Ohio’s Nonprofit Summer Learning Series. As part of our commitment to support the social sector in becoming more effective, powerful change agents in their communities, we have developed a six-session virtual learning series designed to build capacity for nonprofit professionals, including our funder members’ grantees and partners.
This exclusive capacity-building series for nonprofit professionals delivers an in-depth look at resource development, governance and organizational development and provides opportunities to learn from content experts and funders from across Ohio and beyond. At the conclusion of the series, you will be better positioned to lead and support your community.
What you’ll take away:
- An understanding of timely approaches to returning to the workplace with employees and clients at the center;
- Strategies for effective fundraising methods within the unique context of COVID-19 and racial equity; and
- Competencies and practices in key skill areas for managing an effective nonprofit organization.
The Nonprofit Summer Learning Series will convene six times over the course of the summer for workshops and presentations. Your registration provides you access to each live Zoom session at the dates and times indicated below, and we ask that you make every effort to join each learning opportunity and get the most from your series registration.
