He currently serves as president and CEO of JAYRAMON LLC, a consultancy focused on collaborating with corporate, civic, social sector and nonprofit organizations, providing strategic solutions to help build leadership effectiveness, scale impact, grow local and national partnerships and advance philanthropic effectiveness. With over 20 years of experience conducting workshops, seminars and keynote presentations, Daniels has developed a keen sense of how best to develop people and share his life experiences to motivate and inspire audiences. He is most proud of his personal work creating neighborhood-based youth initiatives for under-served communities and lending his talents to local and national boards and committees that focus on diversity and inclusion, creativity and free expression, challenging inequality, African American male achievement and celebrating the lives of women, children and people of color. Jason graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree in Communication with an emphasis in television and radio, both fields he has worked professionally. Diane Egbers Leadership Excelleration Diane Egbers Leadership Excelleration CEO/Founder Diane brings over 27 years’ experience in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Organizational Consulting to provide all aspects of Leadership Development, Executive and Team Coaching and High Performing Teams. Diane works collaboratively with clients to create talent strategy and develop high performing teams. This may include: coaching executives, facilitating senior leadership teams, as well as assessing organizational capacity to improve performance. Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Cincinnati. Aileen Meyer Center for Community Impact Aileen Meyer Center for Community Impact Chief Executive Officer The Center for Community Impact was founded in June of 2023 by a veteran fundraiser/nonprofit manager, Aileen Meyer. Meyer has been serving the nonprofit industry in a variety of sectors for over 25 years, helping nonprofits leverage the best-in-class methods to grow their organizations. She has extensive experience in nonprofit management and draws from her years of experience serving as the executive director of the American Heart Association, Northwest Ohio; president of the Junior League of Toledo; director of development of Lourdes University; as well as several board and other volunteer positions. Her career has given her the opportunity to practice, experiment, test and study a diversified range of fundraising strategies. She has dedicated herself to learning and implementing innovative fundraising practices. Meyer has a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications; a Master of Organizational Leadership degree; is a graduate of the Certified Fundraising Management program at IUPUI Lilly School of Philanthropy; a graduate of Charity University, Ohio Attorney General Office; and is BOLD Certified by Dan Pallotta. Jeff co-owns Plenty Consulting with his business partner and co-author, Jennifer Mulholland. Together, they have helped thousands of for-profit and nonprofit leaders and organizations create innovative strategies, grow revenue, increase positive impact, develop new programs and develop conscious cultures. Before founding Plenty, Jeff was co-founder and CEO of event fundraising firm Event 360, raising nearly a billion dollars for charity over 12 years. Jeff graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a master’s degree in predictive analytics from Northwestern. His expertise in positive change and social impact has been featured in Marketplace, the Wall Street Journal, Fatherly and the Stanford Social Innovation Review. Jeff is an avid musician, writer and fitness enthusiast. He lives in Indiana with his wife, four kids and two dogs. Frank Whitfield WISE Design and Development LLC Frank Whitfield WISE Design and Development LLC Chief Executive Officer Prior to founding WISE Design and Development in January 2024, Frank had more than a decade of chief executive experience, including serving as Mayor of Elyria, Ohio, and leading the Lorian Urban League as president and CEO. Prior to leading the Urban League, Frank worked in public service for over a decade, including as a foundation representative at Nord Family Foundation, a digital inclusion instructor at Lorain County Community College and co-founding an urban agriculture initiative, Eden Vision. Frank has been recognized for his ability to be innovative, mobilize and engage communities, and bring disparate groups together around a common purpose. Throughout his career in public service, he has served as a mentor, tutor, trainer, community organizer, keynote speaker, coach and executive. Frank’s educational background includes an associate’s degree from Lorain County Community College, a bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University and an MBA and Certified Executive Coach from Case Western Reserve University. He earned a Leading Economic Growth certification from Harvard Kennedy School.
