Our last major website design update was in 2015, so we are very excited for this new, fresh look and added functionality on our website with the same robust content your membership provides – including a big improvement to how you access many of your member benefits.
The Philanthropy Ohio Health Initiative is a member-driven coalition focused on health policy reform that improves the health of all Ohioans. Membership in the initiative is open to all Philanthropy Ohio members, with quarterly in-person meetings and monthly enews updates.
This webinar recording shares how the expected U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Public Health Emergency contraction will create a benefits cliff and impact health care, nutrition (in schools and at home), family economic stability and support in state and local communities. Hear about recommendations to mitigate the effects on the Ohioans who will be most impacted and opportunities for funders to engage.
The annual Philanthropy Awards celebrate the contributions of outstanding Ohio philanthropists, specifically those in the sector who have made significant contributions to philanthropy in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; as an emerging leader; through innovation; or a lifetime of work.
Connect with fellow Ohio funders about the challenges and possibilities and identify opportunities to collaborate. Get the mentoring and training you need and be reassured you’re doing things in the best way possible. You have the ability to become the funder you envision and seek to be.
Leading and supporting philanthropic work to center racial equity, we bring training, tools, inspiration and conversations to our members, holding space for peer sharing and cohort learning and expanding to include other marginalized identities and issues.
Elevate your work, grow in your career, exercise your leadership and demonstrate your expertise among your peers. When you join a committee, connect with a peer group or participate in a policy initiative, not only are you giving back to the sector, but you’re also gaining valuable skills and relationships.
