Attend a special virtual program with Philanthropy Ohio’s “Lawyer on Call,” Phil Purcell, J.D., to discuss policy changes impacting scholarships that focus on race-conscious programs.

With increased scrutiny of higher education institutions, nonprofits and philanthropy, efforts to support underserved students and communities have come under fire. Learn about the laws, facts and issues surrounding national conversations that could impact your scholarships and grant programs. In the context of the Fearless Fund Case Settlement, attempts to challenge tax-exemption and federal actions against diversity, equity and inclusion, consider possible actions to ensure you can continue your important work to support historically marginalized students.
