Women Giving Together, a donor-advised fund of the Delaware County Foundation, raised over $100K in 2025 for Delaware County nonprofits.

Barberton Community Foundation, in collaboration with the City of Barberton, Barberton Community Development Corp. and Main Street Barberton, announced that applications for the 2026 Downtown Building Rehabilitation Program opened Dec. 15.

The Youngstown Foundation provided funding to the community program Operation Search & Help to close financial gaps for families navigating complex medical or behavioral healthcare needs.

The Defiance Area Foundation gave a $2,543 grant to Sarah’s House in Defiance for floor and furniture upgrades.

The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District purchased 700 acres of the Broughton Nature and Wildlife Area in Marietta, supported by a dedicated fund established by the Broughton Foundation through the Marietta Community Foundation.

The YWCA of Van Wert County’s 2026 Summer Food Program received a substantial boost, thanks to a $10K grant from the Van Wert County Foundation.

The Richland County Land Bank will launch its Thriving Home program after receiving $750K in funding from the Richland County Foundation.

The Wayne County Community Foundation announced the 2025 grant awards from The Women’s Fund totaling $50K. 

Other Member News

The Athens County Foundation announced Fall 2025 Grant Awards totaling over $243K in funding to support a diverse spectrum of initiatives.  

The Dayton Foundation Governing Board approved grants totaling $127K to 23 charitable organizations in Greater Dayton as part of the Foundation’s Basic Human Needs Grants process. 

The Columbus Foundation’s Governing Committee approved $750K in grants to support 12 local nonprofit organizations serving under- and uninsured medically vulnerable populations.
