The Youngstown Foundation awarded more than $1.8M in grants to 27 local nonprofits in the Mahoning Valley.
 
The Raymond John Wean Foundation approved $376K in grants to support economic opportunity in the Mahoning Valley.
 
The Muskingum County Community Foundation awarded $45K to seven nonprofit organizations in its inaugural “The Big Give” campaign, a community-wide initiative designed to strengthen the future of local nonprofits.
 
The Fairfield County Foundation announced the distribution of $65K in grants to 14 local food pantries in advance of the holiday season.
 
American Electric Power awarded a $15K grant to the Sycamore Center to support its after-school programs.
 
The Three Arches Foundation committed $2M in annual funding to local nonprofit organizations to support their efforts to safeguard access to health care amid a shifting landscape.
 
The Cleveland Browns Foundation, in partnership with Meijer, gave the local school district of Buhrer Dual Language Academy a $2.5K grant to support programs that keep kids in school.
 
Barberton Community Foundation announced the selection of Goldman Sachs as its investment adviser.

The Van Wert County Foundation awarded $14K in grant funding to the Van Wert County Agricultural Society through the foundation’s John D. and Nellie S. Ault Memorial Fund for dairy barn preservation.
 
The Richland County Foundation Board of Trustees approved over $1.3M in grants to nonprofit organizations during its December meeting.
 
Community West Foundation concluded its 2025 grantmaking with a significant investment in local communities, awarding $546K in fourth-quarter grants to nonprofits serving Cleveland, Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.
 
Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries donated $5K to the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley to support residents impacted by the Austintown building explosion.
