Philanthropy Ohio is bringing back the virtual Nonprofit Summer Learning Series, to provide nonprofit organizations across the state with expert-led conversations to build their capacity and achieve their strategic goals.
In honor of National Philanthropy Day, today we are congratulating the 2021 Philanthropy Ohio Award winners as well as our members who were recognized by Association of Fundraising Professionals chapters throughout the state.
Established by the Philanthropy Ohio Board of Trustees in 2013, the Guiding Principles are a set of values that establish a framework for expected behavior and decision-making among Philanthropy Ohio members. Members shall abide by the applicable principles and be informed by the Diversity Principles.

Today is the National Day for Racial Healing, the annual observance created by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in 2017 and observed every year on the Tuesday following Martin Luther King Jr. Day. When you join a committee, connect with a peer group or participate in a policy initiative, not only are you giving back to the sector, but you’re also gaining valuable skills and relationships.
